What are the Job Duties?
This position will give you the opportunity to work on a wide variety of marketing and sales related projects, using your creative, copywriting, and technical skills to assist in the planning, development, coordination and implementation of a variety of online marketing and social media campaigns.  This can include:

  • Blog article copy writing
  • Developing and scheduling social media campaigns and coordinating customer interaction on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and other social outlets
  • Planning and managing paid social ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more
  • Social content creation
  • Ad Retargeting campaigns
  • Coordinating with SEO and PPC team to optimize online marketing budgets for clients
  • Communication with clients for the purposes of planning, reporting and follow-up

What Experience and Skills Do I Need?
The ideal candidate has enthusiasm and energy to spare. You must have at least a 2 year degree and preferably a 4 year degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or PR or 2 years of on the job experience using social media. Written communication skills are important – you should be able to create content on a wide variety of subjects and products.

Important Skills:

  • Experience and familiarity with major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) and search engines (Google, Bing)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills- a background in PR, writing or journalism is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A positive, willing to learn attitude
  • Creative background with at least a basic knowledge of print/web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • SEO and PPC experience a plus

Our designers and developers work on a daily basis with clients and other team members creating solutions not only for our customer’s projects, but on a number of large high profile projects that we own and operate ourselves. Team members are responsible for all levels of website design and page breakout including conceptualization, design, and implementation of solutions across many forms of media including print, web, and mobile.

Job Description:
We are now accepting applications for mid-level to advanced Web Application Developers and Programmers, working primarily in classic ASP to join our growing development team in our Ocala, FL office.  This is a full time position with benefits including medical insurance and paid vacation. We are not looking for contractors, outsourced developers, or part time help. We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team members who thrive on enhancing existing systems and creating new, exciting solutions. Programming Experience:

  • HTML, Java Script, and VB Script
  • Front-end and back-end programming: ASP, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and SQL Server
  • Microsoft .NET: ASP.NET and C#

  • Able to hand code or use code generation tools
  • XML
  • Flash, ColdFusion and PHP not required, but a plus
  • AJAX experience a plus

Software Experience:

  • Visual Studio

  • Dreamweaver
  • Adobe Photoshop, Image Ready, Flash, and Illustrator is a plus but not necessary

Other Skills:

  • Must have a 4 year degree in Computer Science, Programming or equivalent
