Team - With a staff of 18, NetSource is larger than most design and development companies. We work together as a team every day, bouncing ideas off each other and looking for new and better ways to do things. Education - In addition to experience, every member of our design and programming team has a degree in their field from a college or university. They understand the fundamental concepts of programming and design that the vast majority of self-educated designers have no concept of. We also dedicate time and money to allow our staff members to continue to learn and keep up with the latest software, trends, and techniques in their area of specialization. We also read and discuss several books as a group each year that enable us to redefine what we do and how we do it to create the best results for our clients.

Focus - When we take on a new project, one of the first things we do is to determine what your goals for the site are and establish goals for each page or section of the site. We strive to stay focused on directing every element of the project towards driving your goals and objectives.
Process - We have a defined Development Process and Quality Assurance Program. We don't fly by the seat of our pants. We make sure the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed. We test your programs to make sure they work. We test your website in every popular browser to make sure it displays correctly in each one. We make sure all of your forms actually get delivered to you and data is entered correctly into databases where appropriate. After we complete and deliver your site, we run through a 50 point checklist again to make sure nothing was missed. If after all of that we still miss something, we will take care of it ASAP and at no cost to you.
Communication - We believe that the key to success for any project is communication. That's why you will receive a weekly e-mail update on your projects status and progress from the lead developer on your project. It's also the reason all of our development team members are available for you to talk to or ask questions of at any time during your project. And, if at any time you are unsatisfied with what is happening, our sales and management team are more than happy to talk to you and try to resolve the problem.
