of building websites since 1995. Your website should be an

all of our servers and equipment. We carry the right insurance to
cover our business from not only disaster, but from frivolous

don't). We continually reinvest in our systems and training for our
staff to make sure that everything we do is the best it can be. By
having the latest technology and control over our systems, we can

Knowledge - We aren't a bunch of kids fresh out
of school that have done nothing but build websites. Several of our
team members have owned or managed businesses of their own, both in
and out of the technology industry. That gives us real world
experience sitting on the same side of the desk as you. We think

understand that design awards and accolades for sites are great,

Experience - We have sales staff, technical
staff, administrative staff, designers, and programmers that have
been working in our organization for over 10 years. Our team has
seen a lot. We have seen trends come and go. We understand the
fundamentals of what makes a site successful and what doesn't. If

Team - With a staff of 18, NetSource is larger than
most design and development companies. We work together as a team
every day, bouncing ideas off each other and looking for new and
better ways to do things. There is always someone there to answer
the phone and help you solve your problem. It means that everything
we do is done by in-house staff. No outsourcing, no excuses.

Education - In addition to experience,
every member of our design and programming team has a degree in
their field from a college or university. They understand the
fundamental concepts of programming and design that the vast
majority of self-educated designers have no concept of. We also
dedicate time and money to allow our staff members to continue to
learn and keep up with the latest software, trends, and techniques
in their area of specialization. We also read and discuss several
books as a group each year that enable us to redefine what we do
and how we do it to create the best results for our clients.

Awards - Since 2001, we have won nearly 50
awards for our design work from the American Advertising
Federation. While design awards don't mean we know how to make you
succeed online, they do mean that our talented team of designers
can make you look good.

Focus - When we take on a new project, one of
the first things we do is to determine what your goals for the site
are and establish goals for each page or section of the site. We
strive to stay focused on directing every element of the project
towards driving your goals and objectives.

Process - We have a defined Development Process
and Quality Assurance Program. We don't fly by the seat of our
pants. We make sure the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed. We
test your programs to make sure they work. We test your website in
every popular browser to make sure it displays correctly in each
one. We make sure all of your forms actually get delivered to you
and data is entered correctly into databases where appropriate.
After we complete and deliver your site, we run thru a 50 point
checklist again to make sure nothing was missed. If after all of
that we still miss something, we will take care of it ASAP and at
no cost to you.

Communication - We believe that the key to
success for any project is communication. That's why you will
receive a weekly e-mail update on your projects status and progress
from the lead developer on your project. It's also the reason all
of our development team members are available for you to talk to or
ask questions of at any time during your project. And, if at any
time you are unsatisfied with what is happening, our sales and
management team are more than happy to talk to you and try to
resolve the problem.
