What do you do at NetSource Technologies, and how long have you worked there?
I work with the IT Help Desk as a Technician. I have with with Netsource for a few weeks now.
What is your favorite part of your job?
One of the reasons I chose Information Technology as a career is because the field never stops evolving. There is always something new to learn!
When did you become interested in computers and technology?
I’ve always had a interest in how things worked and trying to fix them when they broke. Troubleshooting computers and various devices just became a natural interest after that.
What piece of technology could you not live without?
I depend on so many devices throughout the day, but if I had to choose it would be my gaming consoles. They are a great way to stay in touch with distant friends and a good stress relief after a long day.
What do you like to do on the weekends?
Mostly just relaxing after a weeks work.
Do you have any hobbies?
I have been known to dabble in a few hobbies here is there but a few that I have regularly is running, online gaming, video editing, and shooting.
What are your top three moments in your life so far?
So far I would have to say graduating from Rasmussen with my Associates degree. That changed my outlook on life for the better.

Colbalt blue, to be specific.

Wings and sweet tea.

What is your favorite sport? Do you have a favorite team?
I’d have to say Hockey. And favorite team is the Boston Bruins.

One of my favorites would have to be The Walking Dead.
What are your favorite movies?
Probably anything in the SyFy genre. One of my favorites would have to be Serenity. I’m a huge Firefly fan.

Don’t read them much, but probably Game Informer.

Prefer Facebook. Easier to keep up with friends and could never get into 140 characters.

Most of my family lives in Rhode Island. But i’m down here with my mom and sister.

Yes, two dogs.
If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Anywhere in Italy. The city and the culture is amazing.
If you couldn’t be a [your job title here] anymore, what career would you pursue?
Probably enroll in the Military. It has always been a second option for me.
If you could choose to have any superpower, what would it be?
Hmmm i’d have to go with the ability to fly. Save on air fairs.
How do you think technology and/or web design will change in the next 10-20 years?
I have no idea and its the part of it that draws me into technology, the part I love about it. It changes and advances so radically that its hard to predict what is next.
What tips would you give to a business that is just starting out with their first website?
Make the navigation and interface intuitive and have great customer support above all.
