My nickname through grade school to college was “Cookie” because of my last name.

I was born here in Ocala and then moved to UCF for college. Now I live in Gainesville and commute to Ocala.

What do you do at NetSource Technologies, and how long have you worked here?

I am the SEO, PPC, & Social Media consultant. I have worked here for 2 months now.

When did you become interested in PPC/Social Media/SEO?

Like, Junior year in High school. I had always known I wanted to go in business but I found my niche when I watched a video on how Las Vegas was branded. Las Vegas used to be a town for families, lets just say it isn’t anymore!

What is your favorite part of your job?

I would say all of it. You have things you don’t like to do and things you love to do but if you start picking favorites you tend to slip on those other things.

When did you become interested in computers and technology?

Since I was little. I used to wake up on the weekends and play PS2 with my brother for ages.

What piece of technology could you not live without?

Laptop. I learned everything I know off my laptop.

What are your top three moments in your life so far?

Graduating High School with my associates degree and my high school diploma.
Any beach trip where I have stayed the whole weekend, I can’t pick one.
Surviving college and roommates.

What is your favorite color?

Blue/Green.

Mac and cheese. I prefer fried over regular but regular is just fine by me.

I have a very broad music range. I like a lot of music.

What is your favorite sport? Do you have a favorite team?

Football. Gators and Dolphins.

What are your favorite TV shows?

Game. Of. Thrones. It’s THE show.

What are your favorite movies?

Oh man. Deadpool was great. I like The Day After Tomorrow. I don’t know why but I can watch it anytime it comes on.

What are your favorite books / magazines?

I really don’t read for fun. I’ve read some psychology books and marketing material but that’s about it.

What are your favorite websites or blogs?

Hubspot and TED talks. Makes my life a lot easier to keep up to date on the marketing world.

Twitter or Facebook? (and why)

Facebook. Although it yells at me all the time when I schedule posts, it’s easier to say everything I need to. Twitter cuts me off and I just stare at it like “really.” -_-

Tell us about your family!

My mom is a Nurse Practitioner and lives in Gainesville. My dad works for an advertising agency call BVM and lives here in Ocala. I have an older brother who lives here in Ocala as well and he does IT work. In addition, I have a step mom, step dad, 2 step sisters and 2 step brothers.

Do you have any pets?

Yup! Here name is Ellie and she is a Siberian Husky. She is a whopping 1 years old but has those 2-year-old tantrums.

If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I need a Europe trip! If I had to choose one it would be Ireland.

If you couldn’t be a PPC/Social Media/SEO anymore, what career would you pursue?

I would like to be a roadie and work for rock bands!

If you could choose to have any superpower, what would it be?

Have you seen Jumper? I’m just saying that if I could teleport myself anywhere at this exact moment I would be pretty happy.

How do you think technology and/or web design will change in the next 10-20 years?

I have a feeling VR is going to be a big thing. Google Glasses had the right idea but they were a little ahead of the curve. People like information right now and the power of information right in front of your eyes will change the world, again.

What tips would you give to a business that is just starting out with their first website?

You have to be mobile friendly, make it easy to navigate, and more isn’t always better.
