A company approached our engineering academy in high school asking if someone could design a website for them. Super strength. Then I would conceal my power, join several professional sports teams, and be the greatest athlete in the history of mankind. Why didn’t Peter Parker do that? All the fame and glory without the negative press.

How do you think technology and/or web design will change in the next 10-20 years?
I think most of our desktop applications will move to the cloud. We will probably see a lot more browser-based applications that offer the full-functionality of their desktop counterparts.

What tips would you give to a business that is just starting out with their first website?
Put a lot of heart into it and do it right the first time. Many of your customers will judge the legitimacy and competence of your business based on what your website looks like and how well it functions. Your website is often the first thing a potential customer sees of you. Make a powerful first impression.
